Yuan Theng is a member of the Construction and Arbitration Department at Y Kong, Wong & Partners. She graduated from Taylor’s University with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) degree, and has passed both the Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) and the Professional Diploma in International Arbitration (PDIA). Yuan Theng’s current practice primarily focuses on construction litigation, engineering and infrastructure project management, arbitration, and adjudication.
